  • Various Security Features of Indian Currency for Recognition and Authentication using Image Processing Prasad D. Deshpande, Atul Shrivastava

Abstract - A currency note is a type of a negotiable instrument made by a bank, payable to the bearer on demand. The Indian Rupee is the official currency of the Republic of India. Counterfeit money is imitation currency produced without the legal authorization of the state or government. This has led to the escalation of corruption hindering country’s growth. For country like India Counterfeit note is one of the biggest hurdle in the in cash transactions.

  • Structural Damage Detection And Monitoring Using Vibration Signatures And Smart Techniques Prof. V. S Yendhe, Prof. V. R. Lawande

Abstract-Early detection of damage is of special concern for engineering structures. The traditional methods of damage detection include visual inspection or instrumental evaluation. A crack in a structural member introduces local flexibility that would affect vibration response of the structure. The presence of damage leads to changes in some of the lower natural frequencies and mode shapes.

Damage detection is one of the important aspects in structural engineering for safety reasons. Main problem is to detect existence of a crack together with its location and depth in the structural member. Proposed method based on some set of fuzzy rules obtained from the information supplemented by Experimental FFT Analysis, and Finite Element Analysis. The Fuzzy controller use comprises of three input variables.

Abstract: Weather is widely recognized as an important determinant of the level and variability of crop yield. For explaining this relationship between weather and crop yield it has been a common practice to use rainfall as a measure of weather condition, because rainfall is an essential component of the wider phenomenon of weather. However while considering the effect of weather on yield we must consider in addition to rainfall

Abstract-Health care industry comprises of data which are frequently enormous and mixed in the fact that it contains diverse variables and missing values too for some attributes. These days, learning from such large data has turned into an important task. Recognition of illness is an essential however it is an unpredictable undertaking as it needs to consider a large number of parameters that should be performed minutely and the right computerization or automation is extremely attractive.

Each individual can't be similarly capable as it requires a considerable measure of aptitude like as specialists. A computerized framework is required for improvement in medicinal care and it can likewise lessen the cost of treatment. In this project, we have developed a system that can productively analyze the infection with respect to the given parameter about patient's health. Data mining can be utilized to build models from social health care industry.

Abstract— In this work we focused on characterization of the distinct spectral features of cotton and maize crops from EO-1 Hyperion data extracted at canopy levels at the mature stage of their life cycle. Six Narrowband Vegetation Indices were examined. These indices are focuses on the reflectance at a wavelength which is sensitive to chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin pigments of crops

As both crops are of different internal pigment status and structure, Here we have analyzed the values of these indices obtained from EO-1 Hyperion data by using statistical t-test to highlights the differences within this groups, and found that there is significant difference in the response of PRI, SIPI, CRI-1 and ARI-2 whereas CRI-2 and ARI-1 gives slightly similar response for cotton and Maize crops.

Abstract-In the last two decades, biometric user authentication techniques for better access control and security have evoked an enormous interest from industry, science and society. Environmental factors, i.e. illumination may vary in outdoor or semi-outdoor for face detection it is challenging task. Lighting conditions vary with the outdoor environment, therefore in the face recognition system is concentrated on in the indoor environment in which illuminations is under controlled.

Normally faces are in the 3D format it may affect by the lighting variation. But the use of artificial illumination does not useful in the surveillance system. Hyper- Spectral is a technique firstly used to integrate spatial and spectral information for remote sensing; this data is very effective for material identification in scenes as compared to other sensing modalities.

Abstract-The issue occuring driving home from a weekend vacation. It's late at night, and the winding two-lane road has no streetlights. You approach a curve at 60 kmph -- slow enough to make the turn, but too fast to stop suddenly if you need to. There is waiting an obstracle, just beyond the range of your headlights. Standard headlights shine straight ahead, no matter what direction the car is moving. When going around curves, they illuminate the side of the road more than the road itself.

The lights will turn their beams around each bend in the road, giving you a better view of what's ahead. Improved night driving isn't a trivial matter -- over 46 percent of fatal accidents in 2006 occurred at night, a number much higher than the proportion of driving done at night . In this project, we'll develop how "Headlights Tilting According to Steering" differ from standard headlights and make it possible that they can make nighttime driving safer.
